We will check every product before it ships to you in order to make sure it is in complete and when warranted in working form. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is not working or damaged please contact us immediately. We will need you to ship the product back to us for inspection. If we deem the product to be in a non working form we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Since these products are for very personal use and will not be resold we will not provide a full refund but we can provide a replacement.
